**Summary:**

* Provides physical labor as part of a crew or independently to complete project related tasks in accordance with NCC and OSHA safety regulations.

* **Project is located near Wharton, TX and is expected to last into 2022.**

**Description:**

* Complete various tasks around the project

* Ensure that all Nicholson and OSHA safety regulations are followed and enforced; responsible for safety on site

* Ensure that all Nicholson quality standards are met

* Attend safety meetings and provide input as needed

* Work as part of a crew and take direction from supervisors

* Focus on daily and weekly goals for the project with a high level of attention to detail

**Qualifications & Requirements:**

* High School Diploma or GED along with 1 year of construction industry / general laborer experience

* Ability to use various tools

* Ability to thoroughly follow directions given by supervisors to complete assigned tasks

* Ability to work as part of a crew

* Ability to focus on daily and weekly goals for the project

* Knowledge of applicable OSHA and Nicholson safety rules

**Physical Requirements:**

* Reaching high and low, stooping, and bending continually

* Lifting/carrying/moving up to 100 pounds

* Requires a high degree of concentration in a busy and noisy construction environment

* Requires working in all types of weather
